1Getting Started

When a customer sends an initial message, the Property Agent begins by asking the user to select a language using buttons: English or Arabic. Once a language is selected, the agent continues the conversation in that language.

2Main Options

After selecting a language, the bot asks: "What would you like to do today?" The user is presented with three options via buttons:

  • Browse Properties – search properties by type, budget, and location.
  • Schedule a Visit – provide personal details and book a visit.
  • Let's Chat – directly chat with the agent about properties.

3Browse Properties

If the user selects Browse Properties, the agent asks for the type of property (e.g., Villa, Commercial, Plot). Then it requests a budget range (e.g., more than 1 million) and a preferred location (e.g., Jeddah). Based on this information, the bot shares property details along with images via WhatsApp.

4Schedule a Visit

If the user chooses Schedule a Visit, the agent asks for their name, phone number, and preferred visit time. This information is then recorded as a lead in the Property Agent Dashboard.

5Let's Chat

If the user selects Let's Chat, they can freely converse with the bot and inquire about different properties in real-time. This feature gives the user flexibility to ask questions outside predefined flows.
