These Terms govern your access to and use of TensorLAB’s website, AI-powered software, APIs, models, applications, tools, consulting services, and related technologies (“Services”).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding contracts.

3. Accounts

  • You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Services to:

  • Violate laws or regulations.
  • Generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content.
  • Infringe intellectual property rights.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer our systems.
  • Exploit vulnerabilities or bypass safeguards.

5. AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. Outputs are provided “as is” and should not be relied upon as professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise). You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before use.

6. User Data & Inputs

You retain ownership of data you submit (“Input”). By using the Services, you grant TensorLAB a license to process Input for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, models, algorithms, and branding are the property of TensorLAB. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Services.

8. Payments & Subscriptions

  • Paid plans are billed as described at purchase.
  • Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
  • We may modify pricing with notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TensorLAB shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TensorLAB harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which TensorLAB operates.
